I have a GRID 1755 laptop computer, not sure if it works,no power plug, want to sell it,what do u think is a good price just for parts??
I think about $50, because it may be faulty, it is unknown.
I have the same model and just got it to turn on but can’t figure out how to get the screen on.
Most likely your laptop needs repair.
Anyone know where I can get documentation on this model? I have one that when I press the power button the CpLK, NumLK, ScrLK,Keypad, and power indicators flash for just a second and then turn off. With proper documentation I would like to try to fix it.
I have the same problem with my GRiD 1755, did you manage to fix it?
Usually the SMD caps leaked. You will need to disassemble, remove the bad caps, clean the pcb and replace them with same value new caps. I speak from experience.
